Our beautiful 300-year-old, award winning dry hire barns provide the perfect place for your wedding. Our 1 wedding per weekend policy and accommodation onsite, allows you to make this more than just one day of celebration! We have a ceremony license so you can get married at various different locations onsite, space for up to 120 seated guests for a wedding breakfast and ample space for additional evening guests with an inglenook fireplace, built-in bar, and dancefloor.

From 2021 we will also have 8 double suites available for people to stay on site.

Hillfields Farm is an award winning dry hire wedding venue. Our unique offering is that all bookings come as multiple day hire. Thursday-Sunday or Monday-Wednesday so you can be here with your loved ones and really make the most of it. No time pressure in setting up or packing away and all the time to enjoy BBQs, Brunches and making extra memories with family and friends.

Ceremony license onsite, including our spectacular new outdoor ceremony location ‘The Spinney’ with breathtaking views across the Thames Valley.

No preferred suppliers so you are welcome to use whichever suppliers you like (or get some recommendations from us if you want a hand). No corkage fees.

Seating for up to 120 people (Depending on style of catering) and room for up to 150 in the evening.

Accommodation in 8 newly renovated rooms onsite, all with living and kitchen facilities.

COMPLETE FREEDOM

We are a dry hire venue which means that you can build the wedding you have always dreamed of. It is important to us that you have your wedding exactly how you want so there are no restrictions on suppliers and no catering or corkage fees are charged.

The barns are yours 48 hours before your day to allow plenty of time for you to put your own stamp on them and you need not worry about clearing up on the night; you have the following day for clear up.

Are you planning your wedding and wish that your horse or dog could be there on the day? At Hillfields we have special packages available for those who want to have an extra special wedding guest!

Our dog sitting package includes a full day and night of (until the wedding finishes) care, feeding, walking and chaperoning for the wedding. Grooming services and overnight stays also available by request.

Our equine package includes full livery for your horse to stay onsite the night before and night of the wedding, bathing & plaiting on the day and an experienced groom on hand to chaperone and assist with photographers etc.

Our pet packages allow you to have all the joy (and photos) including your pet, without any of the stress or worry. Please enquire for more information.
